Wellness

We would like to kindly ask our guests to arrive at the wellness service desk 5 minutes before the treatment starts. Please, note that in the event of late arrival the time span of the treatment will be shorter or may be completely off.

Cancelling the treatment is possible according to the following terms:

• • All of our treatments can be cancelled without paying penalty 12 hours before starting the service.
  • 50% of the treatment price will be charged to the room of our guest in case of cancelling within 12 hours or more than 2 hours before start.
  • We regret to inform you that we cannot accept cancelling the treatment within 2 hours of its scheduled start. In this case we charge the full price of the treatment on the room.
